Holy ears little red devil!! He's so cute. Such sinister looking facial markings and I just noticed he has a full bar for the first time. I love bars on Huskies

Those ears need a caption... Just because I choose not to listen doesn't mean I can't hear you! Have you SEEN my ears!!! Don't worry, he'll grow into them.

His ears help remind us that he's still a puppy, even if his weight doesn't. He just recently developed the fur "edges" where the fur growth planes run into one another on his chest and his cheeks. Is that a part of the puppy-to-adult coat transition? You can see it on his week seventeen full body shot.

Your profile picture reminds me of Stitch from Lilo and Stitch if Stitch was a red husky.

So, here's week 18's full body/face shot. He really reminds me of a sphinx in this picture (and in general lately). His dual bars seem to be blending together, and he's getting bigger. The fur along his back is looking more like adult fur, too (more obvious, different growth pattern than the rest of his fur.) Also, is the odd fur "wrinkles" around his chest/upper legs normal for huskies?

Haha, what a cute little sphinx. And, yes, those fur wrinkles are normal.

I admit it...I am horrible about updating. >.> I blame med school. Here's some nifty shots of Achilles' adult canines growing in. Sorry the images aren't perfect, I'm learning how to use my new camera (woo birthday presents!) Weight: Achilles, as of last week (21 weeks), weighed 42.6 lbs. We didn't weigh him the few weeks before that, whoops.

Congrats on the adult teeth coming in! Time to break out the frozen baby carrots! They did wonders for us when Layla was teething. Now she hears a carrot hit the kitchen counter and she comes running.
