2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff.
3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned.
4. Signatures: One picture only and no links. Images: To keep the forum looking neat and tidy, we ask that members insert just one picture only in their signatures. The picture should be no more than 200x500 pixels and should be of an appropriate subject, for example, your dogs and their names. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. There was an H2M2 meet in Rochester today (we couldn't go Sad  ) but, looking at the pictures - there is a dilute red almost a copy of Ami - size, waterfall tail, feathering...

Ami is much prettier, seriously, from eye color shade to Ami's bone structure. You know Ami better though, so you probly see a resemblance I'm not seeing so much. Very pretty pics! Love the first one.

Something I always wanted to know though, for those of you that let your huskies go into water like this...for instance, this water which is very muddy, and obviously leads into some kind of storm drain, are you ever worried your husky might be made sick? Here, after a rain, we are warned to stay out of water at the beach for a period of time because of storm run-off, in this pic it's obviously just a dog park of some kind but that water comes from somewhere, I would also be wondering if fertilizers and pesticides are being used on the grass, or could my husky get parasites or something from the muddy water, things of that nature, am I just being paranoid/over protective or are these valid concerns?

If that dog was a darker red I would think it and Kenzi had to at least be litter mates.

Jimmy, I think for most the water depends on the area. Every area could have those things but more areas are much more likely to. I let mine go where they want in whatever kind of water they want with the exception of Keno. I worry about Keno mainly because he's had giardia before which makes him more susceptible to getting it again, whereas Kenzi hasn't had it so she still has a little immunity in place to ward off parasites such as that. For me, as long as they aren't drinking copious amounts of mucky water I tend to not worry, but then we are more rural. I wouldn't let them drink anything too close to city areas or puddles in parking lots.
