Hello I would like for you all to meet Durbin. He is 11 months old. I’m very happy that I found this forum and can’t wait to meet all of you. Please let me know if I didn’t do the image correctly. I had a lot of problems while trying to figure it out!

We just had one this past Sunday, and we must have had about 40 huskies at any given time! It's one of the bigger groups we've had since Spring.

Welcome, Melissa! The people on this forum (probably at least half of which live in CO, just sayin'...) are great and offer a wealth of knowledge!

Durbin is a cutie! I can't wait to see more pics of him.

Thank you everyone!! Durbin is amazing but he has a lot of attitude! He loves talking back to me when he wants his way which is all the time. I have heard of Husky Huddle and Malamute Mingle. I liked it on Facebook and posted a question about when it is safe to bring Durbin to the meet up. I got good answers from people on there. I can't wait to bring him to the meet up I'm just waiting until he has all his shots. We go in this Saterday for his second shots.

Yes thats what I meant! He's 11 weeks old. If he was only that big at 11 months I would be worried!!

I cant wait for Durbin to meet Rogue. He needs another little husky puppy to play with!! How old is Rogue? I saw that you took him to the last HH & MM do they need all their shots before they go?

speaking for heather i believe Rogue is 12 weeks.... and she just got her last set of puppy shots before the meet she is a super cutie!

and heather comes up to denver to visit a few of us every few weeks as she is in the springs. maybe a play date can be set up?

Rogue is going on 14 weeks. I asked the vet if she should be OK with the park after her 2nd set of shots and they were not worried as long as she wasn't a poop eater and there was no big area of water. Vets do recommend you booster the shots again at 16 weeks, which we will do, but I think they are pretty safe at 12 weeks. I think Durbin would be fine for the next meet up. Rogue LOVES other puppies, she was harrassing one of the rescue pups who is about 3 months old to no end!
(BTW, you could get her her 2nd series shots there.. Vetco will be there and if you bring the coupon that is in the program on the Expo's website, you also get 20% off your vaccine total!)

I will be up in Denver this Saturday for the Expo. If you are home and the weather is nice, we could definitely meet up or you could maybe go to the Denver Pet Expo and come meet a few of the members from here who will be there I will have Rogue with me as I don't trust my hubby not to be called in and have her home alone for 7 hours in a crate.

I saw that was coming up! I will come for sure we have puppy training and the vet on Saterday. So after all that is out of the way me Durbin and my boyfriend Shae will come and meet everyone. Shae and I are trying to start a dog walking/running business. We have posters and business cards. Are you allowed to pass them out? Or do you need a booth to do that. As for a play date I would love to do it sometime if you have the time. This Saterday seems a little busy for the both of us. Im located in Lakewood for now but moving at the end of August to the Cherry Creek area.

I come down all the time and will let you know when I will be down next. No idea about the walk thing, you probably do have to of signed up as a vendor.

i will be there with hubby and S&J till 2pm i work out of the CC mall i live off of I-70 and chambers and claudia and kate will be near you when you move!
