That's great, Jenn! I bet you'll be in pain today - take a nice hot bath! We did our patio and each stone was 85 lbs! Took us a month and half of weekends, so I'm impressed you got all that done! Great job!

Sam, im feeling great, was not sore at all. i was surprised.... i still wonder how much those 3.5' stones weighed. a lady with her husband at the stone yard just stopped and watched me for like a min, then came over and was like i can't believe your lifting that, don't they have help to do that. i was like they do but then i would not be getting my work out in i don't think i would ever have a month and a half open to do this work, maybe thats why it took 4yrs!!! _________________

i might be the only one looking at this.... But in case im not here is a veggie update much growth has been going on since i started feeding them! i think its a pumpkin... or a squash freaking pumpkins are taken over picking this bad boy sunday for dinner sweet pepper Roma tomatoes (maybe if i get enough at the same time i will make Meredith's salsa!) freaking cherry tomato plant is taller then me!!!! im 5'3" thats a 6' fence. so far i have gotten 4-5 cucumbers and they have been so tasty as well has a hand full of cherry tomatoes i just eat as is cause they are so good. i hope this does not go to waste when im gone, some friends might get a call to raid my garden in 2 weeks _________________

Well Kim went and raided my garden but did not get much for some reason my Zucs are going bad/turning yellow and mushy... and my green peppers and sweet peppers are going brown and mushy on the ends, not getting larger then a golf ball before i just take them off. any one know what i might be doing wrong? i have been using fertilizer and watering every other day or when the leaves start drooping. my pumpkin is doing great as are my cucumbers and sherry tomatoes and roma tomatoes. eggplant is to small to know if they will be good or not. i think next yr im just going to buy the plants and not start from seed.... so much work with little reward this season, but my husband did not kill them while i was gone _________________

I'd have to say gourds as butternuts would be that lite tan color from start to picking. Love how plentiful that Roma tomatoes are.

Look forward to seeing the garden. Every year I try to learn a little more. Gardening is my relaxation if it grows great if not try, try and try again.
