Hello everyone,

So I've been testing different "sample" sizes of food to find out what kind of food Hannah likes. She seems to prefer chicken flavored type of food.

My question is, according to the vet, she's about 8-10 months old. For a husky she looks rather scrawny. She wasn't skin and bone when I found her, but she definitely still has some growing to do.

I know brand wise people have their opinions, but should I keep her on puppy food for now till a year? Or should I just switch over to adult food. I've been looking at the BBW stuff because it's readily available here at our Petsmart.

Thanks!

I would keep her on puppy food or all stages food until she's a year at least. Puppy food will probably help her gain weight quicker.

I really like the BB Wilderness. I use the Salmon, but the puppy one is chicken (there is an adult chicken as well I think) Balon loves it and its the only food I found that keeps his stools firm.

Thanks for the tips! I'll pick up a 15lb bag probably this weekend to test her out on it.
