Still sick, and it has been pouring here all night and isn't supposed to let up for a few days. It would be a greeat day to park myself on the couch and watch movies.
The pups are going to hate being stuck inside which will make my life oh so much more difficult to rest. They didn't even want to go outside to potty today. Either get wet or hold it, Mom has to go to work. LOL

Oh I thought yesterday was sit on the couch day! CJ got a little bored with me doing nothing but finally decided napping in bed worked for her too. It was rainy here all day yesterday too. The sun is out today I. Guess we better get out and have some fun before the snow flies soon!

Honey lemon and tea. does help with the cough. You can add some alcohol that will quiet the cough for a bit.

Thanks Linda, I will have to try that after work. Adding the alcohol may make me not even notice the annoyance of the dogs. LOL

Now we have the pool draining and our bad garden is all Cleanend up and winter ready.
Got stung by something while yanking out my dahlias.
Now to shower then over to. A friends house fr supper!

Managed to get Callie to let me sleep in by tossing her a rawhide. made it to 11! By 12, she was too riled up so we just got back from the dog park. I think it's puppy day or something because she had 5 or 6 puppies her age to play with! That never happens! Now she's knocked out on my bed. Might have to join her for a nap. The Dog Park tires me out more than the dogs, I think.

Still gotta go that laundry... Hm... Do I reallyyyy want to do that right this minute though?

What guy doesn't own a white dress shirt?! Seriously! Apparently Aaron doesn't, and I had no idea. I'd have bought him one if I'd known that. So we're supposed to leave in 34 minutes to go to this ball, and he hasn't even gotten in the shower yet. He's dragging ass bigtime because he doesn't want to go, but I have committee obligations that I can't be late for. I think I'm going to kill him. I don't want to go either, but I have to suck it up and deal with it. He's never in his live had someone go "deal with it, you have to do this" for anything.

Grr, I think I'm going to be consuming a fair amount of wine to survive tonight.

Christine, I'm super sick too! The cough attacks started the day before yesterday and my back,lungs, and head hurt so much! I'm with Linda...honey, lemon, and some whiskey! It helps! I couldn't sleep for s**t last night! I thought my head was going to explode...along with a lung!

We have Asia's bday tomorrow...sick or not...I have to suck it up.

Think I might just go for a beer!

Oh and Meredith, Ivan doesn't have a white dress shirt either!

I guess I need to get some whiskey, that what everyone keeps saying, whiskey honey and lemon warmed up is the key to it all. LOL

I have a suit to go over my white pressed dress shirt. I thought it was mandatory to have a "go bag" setup for formal wear? I could be cleaned up and sporting a double Windsor in less than 10 minutes. Just in case.

Had a great evening at the dog park! Seriously the weather has been just great! Park was packed... My favorite thing is watching people's initial reaction to us, they all look like they're saying "oh god, look what just walked in" and within 20 minutes most are saying to each other as they pass "oh wow those dogs listen so well, they're so behaved, look they follow her" ect. Ect. Makes me laugh. And Ewe... Watching him chase down the Huskytards is hilarious... Jeez Rodeo is SO fast! All around a great day. I wish I didn't have work tomorrow

Just about to start episode 23 of Jericho. Seriously I'm so into this tv show its insane. How in the hell was it cancelled!?! Praying to god Netflix brings it back! SO good!!! I think it was just before its time...

Full day! Found several hideously ugly bridesmaids dresses for myself and a few of the girls for the zombie crawl and loaded up on makeup to make us look awesomely dead. Lunch out and brewery with Eddy followed by phone shopping as well as gift hunting for my 6 year old nephew. Success all around. I ended up with the Samsung Galaxy SIII. It's pretty neato. I am having fun downloading and customizing everything right now. This thing is a million times more responsive than my stupid MyTouch from Tmobile. We ended up at Walmart to do the upgrade. They are WAY more reasonable than the stupid Tmoblie store. only spent $150 out the door for the upgrade. Pretty pleased. The battery on my MyTouch was shot and the damn thing died every time I opened an app or sent a message. This should be sweet.

Ok, back to playing with my phone and I just ordered sushi so dinner should be here soon!

I'm a wee bit tipsy and my ankle is the size of a softball (from wearing heels), but it was actually a pretty good time. Until we got home and realized that Lulu apparently can't hold her bladder anymore I had all the dogs out before we left, and came home to a giant puddle on the floor. The other 3 dogs were all kenneled (we're dog sitting) and it was clearly not cat pee. She is seriously the dumbest dog ever. I have a couple of pictures, but on Aaron's phone and not mine. I'll post when I sober up

I'm not sure who's more exhausted, me or the pups. Got back from Asia's birthday party a little while ago and it was a total success! We had such a good time and she got more gifts then I expected!
