| I was wondering if anyone has any personal experience with the doggie dooley http://www.doggiedooley.com/ I heard it doesn't work in cold weather but that won't matter since I live in FL and I think it might be easier when the puppy comes and I'll have two dogs to clean up after. | A deepish hole - say 60cm in the ground would work just as good. Drop poop in and cover with a handful of soil. |

| I'm looking into this now as well. There are seasons here so, there will be times when it doesn't work but I think I'm willing to deal with that. In testing to see if the Dooley would work, I've already dug a 2 foot-ish (around 60cm) deep hole. I would have to go another 2' in order to install the Dooley and, as the online reviews will tell you, it's pretty hard to do that without a posthole digger. Anyway, I only have the one dog, are you saying that I can just throw his poop into this hole and keep covering it with the soil I took out until it gets to a certain depth (or lack thereof)? Other than that, does anyone have experience with these things? |

Btw, I love your avatar, I have that photo hanging in my room LOL. Thanks! I love Jim Brandeburg's work. I could dig a hole to China if I wanted, just not a perfect 1' wide circle. |
