Yeah, usually by two years they are done. Some lines will be done a little earlier but 2 years is a good general.

Ah okay, Miya's definitely gained weight since I first got her, but I wonder if she'll get any bigger, love her the same love Kenzi, I think my next sib will be a red.

As far as growing Jenn is right on. Although if I remember correctly there are a few of the show lines that take more than 2 years to completely fill out. With my Miya, she had one more height growth spurt right around 1 year(8 months to a year, most husky growth plates stop right about a year, maybe a smidge later), filling out wise at 2 she no longer looks anorexic. In fact I asked a friend of ours what he thought and those were his exact words, she no longer looks anorexic. I know that she indeed is from show lines(yours), so I would take a look at her parents and grandparents and it will give you a good idea how she will end up, most huskies tend to stay within same size as parents.

Now I will be a little on the bossy side, and remind you she is still growing, so please watch how much walking, pulling and bike riding she gets, until she has clearly stopped growing height(bone plates) wise. End of being bossy.....lol (btw I do not know the correct term of the arm plates, but I can see a nub on Miya still and with Memphis his is more pronounced, I do believe though he will take longer to finish growing than Miya, since GSD's are considered large breed and Huskies Medium).

I did see some pics of her mom a while back and she did seem quite small, although I do not recall her age. I'm guessing she will be petite, but as you have figured out she acts as if she's a great dane or something, lol, they act way bigger than they appear. If I were to place bets, Memphis will easily be double her size, 80 pounds to 40(or somewhere around that) and a good 2-4 inches taller(perhaps even a little more). Either way you have 2 beautiful dogs, and they just look splendid together.

Are you taking the photos with an iPhone? They often come out sideways when you import them to your computer or upload them. You have to manually rotate them before uploading. Even though mine always show up right-side up when I import to my laptop, I still open them individually in Paint and re-save, and then they come out right-side up when I upload them.
