Well, I'm new to this site, and also new to dogs. I grew up in a family who had cats, and in college I also had a cat of my own. About 4-5 months ago now, my boyfriend and I decided to get a puppy, whom we could raise with our 2 cats (Rufio and Cloud). And this started a whole new experience!

I went to pick up Bolt, and the poor pup screamed all the way home in the back of my car. I won't get too detailed with the stories...but despite the long nights awake, scrubbing potty from the carpet, stress with obedience training, cleaning dog poop when he was sick (bad reactions with meds from being neutured caused DAYS of projectile diarrhea), I have still turned into a dog lover, and a COMPLETE Husky Fanatic!

When I got home with Bolt, I unfortunately had to put him in his kennel and go back to work for an hour. When i came back, the poor thing made a huge poopy mess and needed a bath. Not off to a very good start. After bath, I wrapped him in a blanket and he instantly fell asleep.
