Forum Rules
1. Here we prefer clarity to agreement. Obviously not everyone is going to agree on a topic; here we prefer to talk out our differences in a respectful manner to ensure mutual understanding and respect.
2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff.
3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned.
4. Signatures: One picture only and no links. Images: To keep the forum looking neat and tidy, we ask that members insert just one picture only in their signatures. The picture should be no more than 200x500 pixels and should be of an appropriate subject, for example, your dogs and their names. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. Links: Hyperlinks in signatures--unless to a personal blog or photo stream of your dogs (like Flckr or Piscasa, for example)--are strictly prohibited. Please PM a staff member with any questions or concerns regarding this rule.

Haven't been on in awhile due to wedding planning (it's ok you can eye roll lol!) I hope everyone is having a wonderful fall so far! Lutsen celebrates his 1st birthday next week...WHERE HAS TIME GONE? Anyone else have fur baby birthdays soon??

Hey Greta, awesome pics! I love that you included Lutsen in your engagement pics Smile My Sofie turned a year old on August 10th, so not that much difference in age. Miya will be 4, November 6. So wonderful that you hopped on and said hi and updated with pics of your handsome boy. Very Happy

Aww happy birthday to them both!! How many lbs is sophie now? At lutsen's last check in he was about 35...his mom is only 45 and his dad is 60 so i figure he'll probably fill out a little more!

Pre spay surgery she weighed in at 68 pounds Smile she is a little tank. Miya weighed in last at 64 pounds but I would say closer to 70 pounds now, her weigh in was in April. With Miya, and I would say with Lutsen, it is a steady fill out. At 1 Miya weighed 55 pounds, 2 years old 58, and 3 years old 64, ignore the fact that at 5 months old Miya weighed 55 pounds, lol. Sofie, at 4 months 46 pounds, 6 months 62 pounds, and at 13 months 68. Sofie stands atw 23-24 inches tall and Miya 26-27 inches tall atw. Thanks for the birthday wishes!

Awww look at that! I want to take professional pics with my gf and Mylo one day. Cool idea to feature him in engagement pics too when the time comes, I never thought about it.
Speaking of which, Lutsen is beautiful! He's a small one like our Mylo, he's been ranging from 40-45 pounds for months and he's about to be 2yrs old this upcoming Sunday, unbelievable Shocked

Leo was very heavy at 1 year of age he was around 80-82 lbs, but he was a bit chunky hehe.

Hey I used to think all huskies grew to be that size! Our guy is still alittle shrimp people are surprised he's not even a year Razz
