When do we need to send in money for this? Is a deposit required for it?

A deposit will be required. I was thinking Mid-January to start collecting money..

Ashley will you be tenting or staying at a hotel? All the cabins are full.

I may be interested in this. I'd probably try to get a tent on a campsite and I may be sharing it if @MayaAndSophie joins me. We've never camped before with the dogs, do you guys keep the dogs in the tent with you or tie them up outside? And I'm assuming a tent site doesn't already have a tent? Also is a rent site $25 per night? or does it do it per day? Sorry for all the questions I just wanna know what all I'm getting into before I decide if I can do it xD

I've camped once with the dogs, I kenneled them in the tent and put locks on the kennel just in case. I didn't want to loose them to the wilderness I'll double check on tent rates though for you.

Check-out time is 12:00 pm
so i'm assuming that is how they charge for tent sites

and then it's $25 per night I'm 99%

Also if anyone really wants a cabin, I think Megan and I could squeeze 2 more people in ours but I'll double check with her. It'll be her and her OH and then my friend and I with a total of 6 dogs. But we have a 6 person cabin so there should be extra room, and we'd split the cost of the cabin.

Sweet thanks for that. And they don't provide the tents, correct? I don't wanna look stupid by bringing along a huge tent and then oh hey, they already have them set up. .-. <-- that would be my luck.

okie dokie xD don't call me stupid I just like to double check so basically I need $50 for two nights for a tent site, a tent, everything I need to survive (like five chipotle burritos and a husky blanket named Yuki). And then there's also a deposit going on in mid january. Summed it all up?

i wouldnt mind staying in a tent, if that doesnt work out we can go to a hotel or if you could squeeze us in we'd stay in a cabin with you and megan it really doesnt matter to me though. question, are we going to meet there like friday at check in? i just need to know when i should leave and whatnot lol

edit- on second thought id like to get the full experience of camping, so a tent is fine for us (:

Yup it comes out of the $50, so you'll only owe $25 when you leave!

Ashley sounds good! I'll probably be arriving sometime after 4pm since it's over a 6 hour drive for me.

its a 6 1/2 7 hour drive for me, but id say its totally worth it (:

I'm probably in! We have a big never before used tent that fills up our living room. I'll be bringing just Maya, or Maya and Kay depending on how much their getting along. Just need to talk to my parents about it more in the morning. They seem pretty okay with it though.

This sounds like so much fun! I wish Ava and I could join in, but my best friend is getting married right around that time and she might kill me if I bail on wedding planning. I'll expect lots and lots of pictures from everyone though!!

For the tent site then its two adults, two-three dogs.

Per user its me - one adult, one dog, coming and attending all weekend, tent site.
Abby - one adult, one to two dogs, coming and attending all weekend, tent site.

Not sure if you wanted it per site or per user.
