I applied for two Sibe's at a rescue and I'm waiting to see what happens, Sebastian & Libby from one of the links on page one, Just going to try and see..

After reading all this info, I realize it's going to be tough on me and the family, but rewarding as well. It'll be great to have that run partner. Thanks again for everyone's help.

Good luck! The person running that rescue is a member on this forum. She probably isn't on anymore since she started that rescue, but would be neat if you adopted from her rescue!

Good luck! Remember to really sell yourself to the rescue. Highlight all the good dog things about your family like the fact that you like to run and want a running partner, any previous dog experience, if you have a fenced in yard, etc. Rescues like to hear all that good stuff so they know the dog is going to a good home.

I didn't see a link to Libby, but Sebastian is beautiful. I love those light red and whites. We almost got one that looked like him, but got Elara instead.

Yay! Good luck! It'll definitely be less tough with 2 older huskies that get along versus two puppies! The rescue can advise you on that. It's sooo much fun having two - watching them play is awesome!

They are both crate trained! Good picks! If you don't hear back, keep emailing! I can't tell you how many dogs I emailed about and never heard back! I think you have to be a nuisance to get them to respond!

i have a 11 week old puppy, and i use the air conditioning in my car more for her than i do for myself. I live in georgia. She loves walks and loves going to the lake. But she is a primarily inside dog.
