I was going along those lines myself. That poor Nemo puppy is heart breaking! I hope he has a good life because he will have to have a very loving owner.

we hardly ever get huskies anywhere within a 100 mile radius of us. i know b/c i looked for a long time. also tried the shelters before we bought Kiba from a breeder.

On an odd note- i met a nice guy at the dog park with the cutest Australian shepherd he got on CL. the funny part was that he was going to trade the CL poster a gun for the puppy advertised. The guy got there to the sketch persons house but didnt bring rounds (for obvious reasons). the guy declares theres no trade b/c he cant test fire the gun. He then decides rather than lose the sale he'll throw out an offer of $100 for his pup and the guy takes it and gets a sweet dog. Even crazier, he told me the nutso redneck guy had docked the puppys tail himself in his trailer 0_0! We both agreed that his dog is in a much much better place. CL can be a weird place....

Oh dear lord....they docked it themselves in the trailer?! I have seen the day...

Awwwww, I saw that one this morning. I was wondered is he was even full husky because I've never seen one that overweight.

ugh. It just makes me sick to think of all those pups... There's not one mention of health testing or anything. Any "kennel" that uses "AKC registered" and having to go back 8 or 11 generation to "brag" about # of champions for their selling points is just wrong wrong wrong.
