Thank you....I like unusual in the best way LOL. I swear his colorings change daily, so amazing to me. I wish he could stay little but I am excited to see what he looks like as he gets bigger. His mask is about the only thing that has not gotten lighter since we got him. Link and him were born the same day ;-) Dec 29th

Oh right! I remember now. Wow, we should compare notes on progress and development Smile

They look very similar in size. Maybe Nanook is a tad taller.

I can say we are making no progress in the jumping on people to great them and the biting. Jumping is one of my pet peeves and I really want to teach him to great people with a sit. I was just online looking at classes, with his 3rd set of shots soon I feel better about enrolling him in one. Our vet said this is already starting off to be a really bad parvo season so I did not want to enroll him.

Biting/nipping is Link's biggest issue for sure. He's pretty good about not jumping, we just did the stone cold ignoring/claiming space method and it worked. Same with good begging. Have you tried that??

We need improvement on his communication when he needs to go outside too. Gonna get a bell tomorrow.

Is Nanook bouncy and springy yet??

Ignoring him works great with the family for the most part, it is when people come over to visit. I try to ask them to tell him to sit and then ignore if he doesn't but....they all always say the same thing.."its ok, he is just a puppy" bounce make me crazy LOL He has started to spring on stuff, mostly his stuffed animals..he likes to creep up on it and pounce....that teddy never has a chance!! :-)

Link likes to bite at women's hair when it hangs down as they pet him! It is simultaneously adorable and embarrassing.

Springy, bouncy, Tigger-like Husky puppies have got to be one the most amazing things ever, hands down. When he does it to his koi toy, it melts my heart. We have this really long hallway outside our door and we take him off leash and say "go home Link." Now that he bounces, "going home" got so much better Laughing

Our computer crashed shortly after meeting Nanook and bringing him home so I never got to post those early day pictures....But they have been retrieved so I want to share

First meeting Nanook, he is 4.5 weeks old. I wanted to name him Samoa because he had the Girl Scout symbol on his forehead
