Unfortunately, after paying bills and getting gifts for my fiancée, his brother and his sister (we are ALL April birthdays), it looks like I might have to borrow some cash to have the procedure done. :/

And I suggest checking Etsy out if you love GoT, it's actually where I got my fiancée's gift! There's so many Khaleesi themed pieces, it's awesome! Though the HBO store is great, it's pretty expensive. I did receive a fantastic Khaleesi coffee cup not too long ago.
