Forum Rules | 1. Here we prefer clarity to agreement. Obviously not everyone is going to agree on a topic; here we prefer to talk out our differences in a respectful manner to ensure mutual understanding and respect. 2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff. 3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned. 4. Signatures: One picture only and no links. Images: To keep the forum looking neat and tidy, we ask that members insert just one picture only in their signatures. The picture should be no more than 200x500 pixels and should be of an appropriate subject, for example, your dogs and their names. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. Links: Hyperlinks in signatures--unless to a personal blog or photo stream of your dogs (like Flckr or Piscasa, for example)--are strictly prohibited. Please PM a staff member with any questions or concerns regarding this rule. |

- Love the pictures. I hope the vets can fix up her liver issues and she will be okay. It is hard looking at a seemingly healthy dog then having to hear you may not have them as long as anticipated. I know when I look at Keno roughing around with Kenzi it's hard to think that the vet only expects 3 more years with him. I'll keep my fingers crossed they can get her all fixed up for you.
Thank you, I hope so too, at least if they can't its mild so she might still live to be senior dog. She's my baby, I'm just trying to be upbeat and not stress myself out to much about it. What is wrong with Keno??? - amymeme wrote:

Best of luck with the liver issues.
And, finally...you could be the twin of my sister Colleen. Well...30 years ago, anyay She is definitely a sweet heart, she has all the people at work wrapped around her paw. Thanks, its just a waiting game right now til the vet visit, after then we should know more. Haha! Your sister must be one pretty lady then - jbealer wrote:
- good work on the treats!
hope you can get her liver fixed. Sierra has a liver issue and is on meds for the rest of her life. What is wrong with Sierra's liver? I know the vet said that later on if they can't fix it she would probably have to start taking milk thistle to help protect her liver. - seattlesibe wrote:
- This picture kills me. This caption came to my head: "Hi, I have 32 cats.!"
Haha that's perfect! - simplify wrote:

Thank you I love seeing Mishka too! He's such a handsome boy! |

| Keno has severe hip dysplasia. As he ages bone will grind on bone (has already begun) and he will be in terrible pain and his quality of life will plummet. We have him on a ton off supplements hoping we can ward off the damage as long as possible. So far he has done very well so I am hoping to prove the vet wrong. |

| Yes, Alyne - sister Colleen is the prettiest of the bunch, like you she has almost black hair, pale translucent skin, and huge blue- gray eyes. Some people get all the good genes |
